Tenant Application Package (to be submitted to Management):
Completed Tenant Application Form
Copy of the signed Lease Agreement
Copy of valid ID for all occupants over 18 years old
Signed Background Check Authorization Form
Vehicle Registration Form (if applicable)
Application fee of $150.00 (non-refundable)
Important Notes:
The lease is subject to Association approval prior to move-in
Processing time is approximately up to 15 days once all documents are received
Only one family per unit is allowed
Maximum occupancy is 2 persons per bedroom
No pets are permitted, unless approved as service or emotional support animals in accordance with the law
Units are for residential use only
Parking & Visitors:
Parking is assigned only for residents
Tenants must register their vehicles with the Association
The Association provides a temporary visitor parking permit, which must be displayed at all times while visiting
Visitor parking is limited and must comply with all Association rules and designated areas
Have a SupraKey box onsite
